Requirements :
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Sales Operations / Sales Admin, prefer B2B.
  • Memiliki komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik, Fast Learner dan detail oriented.
  • Bahasa Inggris yang ditulis dan diucapkan akan menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office
  • Smart, Matured, Initiative Person dan proactive-Energetic.
Job Description :
  • Berkomunikasi dengan klien untuk konfirmasi approval SPK & NDA.
  • Termasuk dengan negosiasi kesepakatan apabila ada permintaan perubahan / penambahan pasal dalam SPK Talenta & NDA.
  • Membuat SPK & NDA perjanjian kerjasama antara Perusahaan dengan klien.
  • Memastikan dokumen hardcopy SPK & NDA sudah final dan ditandatangan oleh klien dikembalikan sebelum fase implementasi.
  • Melakukan update secepatnya di Gdocs terkait progress approval, ttd, dan pengembalian SPK & NDA.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan Finance terkait proses pembayaran invoice dari klien.
  • Melakukan offering renewal kontrak 3 bulan sebelum masa kontrak klien berakhir.
  • Membuat SPK bagi klien yg renew.
  • Melakukan update secepatnya di Gdocs terkait progress renewal.
