Job Descriptions:
- Menerima dan menghubungkan telepon masuk kepada pihak yang dituju
- Mencatat dalam logbook telepon masuk dan keluar
- Menyambut tamu yang datang dan memberikan informasi serta arahan terkait kunjungannya
- Mengatur jadwal pertemuan antar tamu dengan pihak perusahaan
- Mengelola arsip yang berhubungan dengan resepsionis dan melakukan kegiatan administrasi sederhana
- Menerima dan meneruskan surat yang masuk
- Membantu proses administratif yang bersangkutan dengan tim People Operations (mengumpulkan data karyawan, dll.)
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimal lulusan D3/S1 di bidang terkait
- Pengalaman 1-2 tahun bekerja sebagai Resepsionis
- Kemampuan komunikasi yg baik
- Kemampuan melayani yg baik kepada tamu
- Kemampuan multitasking
- Diutamakan WANITA
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Midplaza
Required skills: Communication, attention to detail, administrative skills, and time management.
Working arrangement: WFO.
Office location: Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia.
