Job Descriptions:

  • Menerima dan menghubungkan telepon masuk kepada pihak yang dituju
  • Mencatat dalam logbook telepon masuk dan keluar
  • Menyambut tamu yang datang dan memberikan informasi serta arahan terkait kunjungannya
  • Mengatur jadwal pertemuan antar tamu dengan pihak perusahaan
  • Mengelola arsip yang berhubungan dengan resepsionis dan melakukan kegiatan administrasi sederhana
  • Menerima dan meneruskan surat yang masuk
  • Membantu proses administratif yang bersangkutan dengan tim People Operations (mengumpulkan data karyawan, dll.)

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimal lulusan D3/S1 di bidang terkait
  • Pengalaman 1-2 tahun bekerja sebagai Resepsionis
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yg baik
  • Kemampuan melayani yg baik kepada tamu
  • Kemampuan multitasking
  • Diutamakan WANITA
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Midplaza

Required skills: Communication, attention to detail, administrative skills, and time management.

Working arrangement: WFO.

Office location: Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia.
