Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and taking ownership of OKRs related to renewal & expansions  process and result

  • Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team

  • Leading and mentoring renewal & expansions team, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole 

  • Develop the operation automation to decrease friction and improve efficiency

  • Continuously provide ad-hoc analysis in order to improve direct and indirect internal performance

  • Maintain positive relationship across a variety of functions and roles, including executives, decision-makers, product managers, and functional users

  • Actively contributing to Mekari strategical movement formulation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major

  • Min 4-5 years of experience as in Aftersales SaaS/Tech company Bachelor degree

  • Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and skills to develop relationships quickly

  • Good interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills

  • Fluent in verbal and written English.

  • Strong in data decision-making

  • Target and incentive-oriented
