Job Descriptions: 

  • Provide day-to-day legal support for cross-functional department, including support associated with business process improvement, operational matters, and international expansion of the products.

  • Provide advice and support for cross-functional departments for many different areas of the law and industry.

  • Review, negotiate and/or draft legal documents in a wide range of legal areas in relation to the company’s business operations.

  • Advise and guide the business teams on legal issues and develop creative solutions.

  • Handle a broad range of general corporate legal matters.

  • Giving continued support on the creation, standardization and implementation of legal compliance, policies, terms & conditions, internal working procedures and standard operational guidelines.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.

 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.

  • Indonesian qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of solid experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in reputable law firms followed by in-house experience.

  • Experience in Digital, fintech/ M&A/ data privacy/ payments and tech industry preferred.

  • Solid knowledge of all relevant local laws and regulations and proven experience liaising with the relevant local regulatory bodies required.

  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills, able to prioritize effectively and work under pressure without compromising on quality.

  • Possesses ability to adapt and have strong willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
