Job Descriptions:

  • Seek out potential customer using outbound lead generation strategies and contact prospects directly
  • Understand the product’s market, qualify and score the viability of the leads to improve leads quality
  • Generate fresh lead generation tactics according the needs and market demand and improve our outreach
  • Foster a good working relationship with potential clients and follow up on all generated leads
  • Mentor and maintain SDR: Lead Generation team performance
  • Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for their team.
  • Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with leads

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Hold min. Bachelor's degree
  • Familiar with the latest lead generation techniques, lead management systems, and the basics of online marketing.
  • Familiar with lead generation tools such as SalesQL, Lusha, FindThatLead, etc
  • 2-3 years of experience working in B2B industry as Lead Generation or Sales Development Representative
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for the feedback.
  • Huge plus: experience selling to HR Manager, CEO, Accountant or Finance Manager Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
